JOB DESCRIPTION:
Mechanical
 Inspecting vehicle engine and mechanical components to diagnose issues accurately.
 Inspecting, diagnosing and repairing such aspects of a vehicle like the Suspensions, break systems work, Fuel system and engine overhaul.
 Performing test drivers, inspections, and other diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify where problems exists and determine which parts need to be repaired or replaced
 Completing preventative maintenance on vehicles, such as performing oil changes, flushing and replacing fluids, and replacing brake
 Keep logs on job done on a daily basis and submit to the workshop manager when required
 Maintain company equipment and tools in good condition
Electrical & Programming
 Inspecting vehicle engine and Electrical components to diagnose issues accurately.
 Inspecting vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain and upgrade
 Inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing such aspects of a vehicle like the ECU Repairs, Key Reproduction, Mileage Resets, General Electrical systems – horn, headlights etc
 Installing new vehicle wiring systems.
 Installing and troubleshooting immobilizer and alarm systems.
 Conducting routine maintenance work aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity
 Keep logs on job done on a daily basis and submit to the workshop manager when required
 Maintain company equipment and tools in good condition
Bodyshop and Painter
 Assess a vehicle’s damage and determining where and how to perform repair work.
 Paint surfaces of vehicles using spray-painting equipment, power tools and work aids utilizing specific surface preparation and painting techniques.
 Inspect vehicle panels to be painted for body repair, prepping and/or buffing defects
 Using a brush, apply or retouch paint as necessary
 repair scratches, dents and dings
 Keep logs on job done on a daily basis and submit to the workshop manager when required
 Maintain company equipment and tools in good condition
Panel Beater
 Carrying out inspections on bodywork and frames of vehicles to assess extent of damage
 Disassembling damaged vehicle parts
 Repairing scratches, dents and other damage to bodywork and replacing any parts that cannot be repaired
 Straightening and aligning car frames and unibodies
 Reassembling vehicle body parts and accessories
 Preparing repair or modification cost estimates on PRNs
 Replacing or repairing windows, car interiors and exterior trim
 Filling and sanding bodywork
 Working with Painters to perform final finishing and polishing
 Keep logs on job done on a daily basis and submit to the workshop manager when required
 Maintain company equipment and tools in good condition

A/C Technician
 Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
 Identifying maintenance risks on vehicle equipment
 Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for A/C systems.
 Cleaning, adjusting and repairing A/C systems, and performing warranty services as at when due
 Guide and advise the workshop manager when selecting the most appropriate air quality system to fulfil a vehicle / customer’s requirements
 Providing technical direction and on-the-job training to any A/ C Intern under him
 Ensuring compliance with all AQ HSE and occupational codes of conduct
 Keep logs on job done on a daily basis and submit to the workshop manager when required
 Maintain company equipment and tools in good condition
